When a global project management consultancy focused in low-resource countries needed to communicate their ethos, they engaged Eletrope.
The unique challenges around the delivery of basic human needs, like healthcare, in developing nations requires a specialized knowledge of the cultural, political and resource conditions at the point of delivery. Aedifos delivers this knowledge. With successful projects delivered in Iraq, South Africa, Poland and Mongolia, Aedifos was ready to approach even more ambitious challenges. Eletrope was engaged to launch the firm as a global leader in its niche market. The Aedifos and Eletrope teams aligned so strongly, Eletrope team members embedded with and supported Aedifos’ next big project, strengthening healthcare systems in Uganda.
